Miamisburg - OHIO CAT Rental Service Facility

"This work is located in Miamisburg, Ohio and is our first new build CAT Compact store.  The site is split into two east/west parts via a north/south 75' natural gas ROW with three separate gas mains.  In order to access the eastern side of the property, we received approval to install two structural, at grade crossings as well as numerous underground utilities.  The eastern portion of the site will consist of an approximately 2 acre stone yard and two detention ponds.  The west side of the property will cosnsist of a 17,000 sf sales/rental/parts/service building and a 3,788 sf wash building. There are be concrete paved equipment storage and drive areas, asphalt paved customer and employee parking area, and a third detention pond.  Sitework consists of grading, utilities, paving, landscaping, lighting, fencing, traffic controls, etc.

The main sales/rental/parts/service will be constructed out of both conventional steel (front sales/admin/parts) and PEMB (rear service).  The exterior will consist of CMU base, metal panel, cultured stone veneer, metal roofing, TPO roofing, canopies, insulated aluminum windows, overhead doors, man doors, lighting, etc. The interior, including the parts mezzanine, consists of poured in place concrete floor (polished), metal stud and gypsum wallboard partitions, windows, doors, casework, finishes, HVAC, electrical, lighting, low voltage, plumbing, fire protection painting, and coordination of Owner supplied materials and contractors.  

The wash building exterior consists of a poured-in-place concrete base, PEMB struture, insulated metal panels, insulated aluminum windows, overhead doors, man doors, lighting, and metal roofing.  The interior consists of poured in place concrete floor (polished), cmu walls with heavy duty PVC panels, painted CMU, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, electrical, lighting, low voltage, casework, doors, finishes, concrete mezzanine, .
