The Farm

Brumbaugh Construction contracted to clear and develop this 15 acre private site including: drainage, driveway, and pond installation. All of the house drainage as well as the surface drainage was designed to outlet to the pond via piping or aesthetic waterways. The pond has depths of 20’ with structure developed for fish habitat, as well as a beach.
