This project consist of Renovation of the existing building to include: Selective Demo, Abatement, Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel framing and decking, Aluminum Railings, Rough Carpentry, Casework, Doors and Hardware, Storefront, Walls & Ceilings, Flooring, Painting, Div. 10 specialties, Manufactured Casework, Laboratory Casework, plumbing, HVAC, Electrical.
This project will start May 31, 2022 and be Completed August 19, 2022.
Project is Standard Wages and Tax Exempt.
2nd and 3rd shift will be required IF necessary. Please list this on Bid Proposal if it is necessary for your particular scope of work.
