This renovation project involves the comprehensive renovation of the Western Regional Water Reclamation Operations and Maintenance Buildings. The renovation will include the first and second floor of the operations building and the break room, mechanical room, and the men’s and women’s locker rooms of the maintenance building. The renovation encompasses a variety of critical infrastructure and aesthetic improvements. Including, but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural, and remodeling.
Phase 1 (180 days) Operations Building will need to be completed and Final before Phase 2 Maintenance Building can start Phase 2 Completion (365 days). Contract completion (395 days)
Project is Prevailing Wage, and Tax Exempt.
BCI will supply Temporary Trailer for Operations Staff. Any electric needed for trailer will need to be figured in electrical proposals including BCI Job trailer. More info will be coming on this in future addendum.
